
DNA Fragmentation Software
The DNA Fragmentation Software is designed to evaluate the level of DNA fragmentation of sperm smears prepared with the Halosperm® G2 test kit from Halotech® DNA (www.halotechdna.com), which is based on the Sperm Chromatin Dispersion (SCD) Test (Fernandez et al., J. Androl 24:59-66,2003; Fertil Steril 84:833-842,2005).

IDENT™ II Fluorescence
IDENT Fluroescence provides high accuracy for sperm analysis in high detritus samples.
Accurate identification of sperm is easy with use of the IDENT Stain - a specialized, DNA-specific, fluorescent dye. Since sperm heads consist mainly of condensed DNA, the dye is readily absorbed and sperm are easily visible under the fluorescent lighting. In contrast, most detritus does not contain significant amounts of DNA and therefore does not absorb enough dye to be visible under the same lighting conditions.

Rat Metrix Morphology
Rat Metrix combines fluorescent and standard illumination for analysis of difficult rat sperm shape.
Rat Metrix Morphology is an optional program that analyzes sperm as fast as you can capture images. Offering "hook to tail" analysis, Rat Metrix combines fluorescent and standard illumination for analysis of difficult rat sperm shape. Using Rat Metrix helps to establish standardized, quality-controlled morph studies. Rat Metrix runs on any TOX IVOS (V10-V14) Analyzer.

Dimensions is the only VALIDATED, Automated, Strict Morphology Program that analyzes Sperm Head, Midpiece and Tail.

The DIMENSIONS II software automatically classifies the morphology of fixed stained human sperm samples according to the Tygerberg strict criteria. The results provide objective data to the clinician for the male fertility work up.

HT Morph
HT Morph classifies sperm cell as normal or abnormal based on user-defined parameters.
HT Morph classifies sperm cell as normal or abnormal based on user-defined parameters. HT Morph reviews captured images and locates objects with recognizable sperm cell characteristics. HT Morph simultaneously assesses each sperm cell for size, shape, acrosome, tail and cytoplasmic droplets. The measured values are then compared to the user-defined parameters for classifcation as normal, abnormal or rejected cells.
